Returns

Unused accessories in their original packaging (such as cover lifters, steps, filters and test strips) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Many spa chemicals are classed as hazardous materials for shipping, and opened chemicals can't be resold safely. For that reason, chemical sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, leaking or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

How to start a return

Email info@spachemguy.com with your order number, the item and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return can't be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. If we made a mistake, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover it. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the error was ours. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card company may take another 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.

Cancellations and exchanges

To cancel an order, email us before it ships. Once it has shipped, please use the return process above. If you'd like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
